THIS WEEK -- SHORT RIBS!!! We have some wonderful items for your family, by special request. Did you know breastfed babies generally need an iron boost through supplementing or iron reach foods? Do you have a baby at about this stage? You are gonna love our amazing short ribs, in fresh this week. We had several families requesting these for bones for the babies to gnaw on, for creating bone broth, or sucking on pieces of beef. This cut gives you lots of options to create just what you'd like for your 'moving towards' solids baby. As always, listen to your doctors and use all appropriate safety precautions, but these are what we've given to our own grandchildren for early beef/iron.

We are continuing with our summer items -- Our own hand made coleslaw, a truly unique lemon dill chicken salad. The lemon dill salad is a summer taste we can't get over, and neither can our customers. You may come in and ask for a taste (before it sells out). It is made from farm-fresh dill from Land Sake Farm, fresh squeezed lemon, and our own Bell & Evans chicken which we cook, chill & shred for the ultimate summer salad treat. We also have fresh babyback ribs in this week.
